Delete Account

If you want to permanently delete your Haandan account, please send a request using the same email or phone number registered on your account.

How to Request Deletion

  1. Email us at support@haandan.com with subject: Delete My Account.
  2. Mention your registered email/phone and whether it is a Customer or Provider account.
  3. Our support team will verify ownership and process the request.

What Gets Deleted

  • Profile information linked to your account (name, phone, app preferences).
  • Notification tokens and active app session access.
  • Address book and optional profile content where deletion is legally allowed.

What May Be Retained

Certain records may be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and accounting obligations (for example booking invoices, payment/ledger references, or support audit logs) for the minimum period required by applicable law.

Processing Time

Typical processing time is 3-7 business days after successful verification.
